Premiere: Manycure – Thea’s Eyes [Karakter Records]

The Karakter family steps forward with old and new original music to manifest the desire of dancing together again. 
Joining some of the familiar faces of our resident artists like Pedro Martins, Switchdance and Manycure, we are privileged to count with the contribution of the Portuguese Twofold, the Indonesian Aditya Permana, and the Israeli Lott in our first compilation. 

Switchdance & Twofold are no strangers to each other, as they have been sharing DJ booths across Lisbon for many years. In “Entre Espadas” the Portuguese duo delivers a mid-paced cosmic disco track that is sure to bring immediate colour to even the darkest venues. 

Straight from Manycure’s lost tracks stash, comes “Thea’s Eyes”, a combination between hypnotic sensuality and power on this tribal groover with an exotic vibe made to seduce the dancefloor. 

Aditya Permana speeds up the pace and “Devine Transmission” brings forth the machine as the voice of God. A crossover between religious believes and the technology world on this electrifying banger straight from Jakarta.  

All the way from Berlin, Israeli born, Lott aka Yotam Russo presents us with a unique blend of emotions on this bittersweet ride. “Left Foot First” was written between the lines of light and dark, aimed to captivate and surprise. 

Last but not least, Pedro Martins delivers a beautifully crafted Electronica, that carries a nostalgic atmosphere. “Zoet” looks back on yesterday’s tomorrow closing the release with a feeling of hope that we will soon be able to dance again. “
